Important parking and towing information
Once the vehicle has been registered with AMG, the owner of the vehicle will be issued two parking stickers which will have the assigned parking place printed on them. Stickers should be placed in the rear windshield of the vehicle.
Non-garage units have two assigned parking spaces. Non-garage units will also be issued a visitors hang tag, which must be placed on the rear view mirror of the vehicle in a visitors space.
Vehicles with parking stickers should not be in visitor’s spaces, just vehicles with visitor’s hang tags.
Garage units have two assigned parking spaces. The garage being one and the driveway the other. Garage units will also be issued a visitor’s hang tag to be used for guests parking in the visitors’ spaces.
Only one visitor’s hang tag will be issued per unit. Anybody parking in visitor’s parking without a hang tag will be towed at vehicle owner’s expense. Anybody parking in somebody else’s assigned space will be towed at vehicle owner’s expense.
Parking a vehicle on a private street is prohibited. Parking a vehicle on the grass is prohibited. Hanberry Blvd is a public street and can be used for overflow parking.
All University Heights residents are responsible for their guests and where they park.
Any vehicle not in compliance with the parking rules is subject to towing WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE.
It is YOUR responsibility to inform any guests of these rules. The Association WILL NOT reimburse you or your guests/visitors for towing of the vehicles.

According the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department, any commercial vehicles parked on Hanberry Blvd, must request a permit from the City of Charlotte (please call 311 to get in touch with the correct department).
If a commercial vehicle is parked on Hanberry Blvd., you can report them to the police by calling 911. The police with check with the city to see if they have a permit and if not, will either fine them or tow them.
